You may return a product if:
It is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Note: Certain items such as innerwear, personal care, and customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Order ID
Reason for return
Photos or videos (if item is damaged/incorrect)
In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
If pickup is unavailable in your area, we will request you to self-ship the product. We will reimburse courier charges up to βΉ100.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund to your bank account or UPI ID after confirmation.
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will offer a free replacement subject to availability.
If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
The following items are non-returnable:
Products purchased during clearance sale
Customized or personalized items
Opened or used items
Items without original packaging or tags
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per the policy above.
